Middle School

Middle schoolers need a space where they can be themselves — supported, challenged, and surrounded by a community that believes in them.

Our hybrid middle school gives students the flexibility they love while keeping strong relationships, accountability, and real instruction at the center.

GLA will offer two options so families can choose what fits best.

Option 1: Part Time— $400/month

For independent, high-achieving students who work well virtually but still need support and community.

This option gives students the ability to learn at home most of the week while still receiving the accountability and connection GLA is known for.

Part Time includes:

  • Mostly at-home, self-paced digital learning

  • Choice of up to 2 days per week on campus (your family selects the days)

  • Weekly check-ins with a teacher

  • Access to hands-on projects, group activities, and collaboration days

  • A calm, supportive environment to ask questions and get help when needed

  • A school-issued device

This is ideal for families who want flexibility but don’t want their child to feel isolated or unsupported. Students still get to be part of our community each week.

Option 2: Full Time — $600/month

For families who want a structured, supportive experience Monday–Thursday with consistent face-to-face teaching.

This option is closer to a full-time school model but still includes the independence of hybrid learning.

Full Time includes:

  • Monday–Thursday on campus

  • Personalized digital learning through Edmentum

  • Daily small-group or one-on-one teacher support

  • In-person instruction, guidance, and real-time feedback

  • Project-based learning and collaborative experiences

  • Weekly community time and enrichment

  • A school-issued device

This is for students who thrive with routine, predictable support, and consistent in-person learning while still enjoying some flexibility in their week.

Curriculum & Platform

We use Edmentum Courseware and Exact Path, which adapts to each student’s skill level and helps them grow confidently.

On-campus days bring the learning to life through:

  • Science labs

  • Small-group teaching

  • Presentations

  • Hands-on projects

  • Problem-solving challenges

  • Social club days

Your child gets the best of both worlds — flexibility + community, independence + support.
