Things families often ask.

What happens after the trial day? +
After your child's trial, our team will review the experience and let you know whether GLA is a good fit. We want the match to be right for everyone — your child, your family, and our existing students and teachers.
Is the trial really free? +
Yes — completely free, no strings attached. K–2nd grade students attend a half-day trial, and 3rd–5th grade students attend a full day. Your child joins actual classes with enrolled students, so you get a true picture of the GLA experience.
Is GLA a good fit if my child has learning differences? +
Many GLA families come to us because their child needs more flexibility, more attention, or a different pace. Our teachers adapt instruction to meet each student where they are. The family tour and trial day are great ways to see if our environment is the right match for your child specifically.
When does enrollment open for 2026–27? +
Enrollment for 2026–27 is open now. Returning families re-enroll in February, and remaining spots are released in March. We encourage new families to start the process early — space is intentionally limited.
How does TEFA funding work at GLA? +
GLA accepts Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) funds. If your family is eligible, TEFA funds can be used toward tuition. Contact us directly and we'll walk you through how to apply your funding to enrollment at GLA.
What is the late payment policy? +
Tuition is due at the start of each month. A warm reminder goes out on Day 3, followed by a check-in on Day 5. If no payment arrangement is made by Day 5, a $25 late fee is assessed. Accounts more than 10 days past due receive a formal delinquency notice.

Let's see if GLA is the right fit for your child.

The application takes about 10 minutes. There's no cost, no commitment, and your child gets a free trial before anyone makes a decision.
